Our nanoparticles are produced in dispersion so we avoid handling dry powders; this avoids the hazards associated with inhaling fine particulates and is safer for employees and our customers.

 

We predominantly work with aqueous systems; the only solvent we need is water, avoiding working with volatile organic solvents.

What are nanoparticles?

 

These are particles that are generally less than 100nanometres in at least one dimension. A nanometer is 10-9m or one billionth of a metre. There are lots of websites can give much more information. 1 2 3 4
